How do I get my tracking number?
There are two ways to check for your tracking number. The first is viewing your order status online by logging on your account. If you do not find the tracking number there, please fill out our contact us form so we can e-mail you the information.
How quickly does my order ship?
Once your order is placed with us, we estimate it takes typically around 24-48 hours to process and ship (sometimes sooner). In some rare cases, this may take longer due to backorder situations or special order configurations.
Does RSS deliver to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Does RSS pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, RSS does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to RSS, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. RSS will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
