All support incidents include:

Remote support (requires access to a broadband connection)
    - We will remote into your computer so you don't have to hassle with step-by-step instruction manuals or someone explaining the resolution over a support ticket. This makes the support process easier on everyone and allows you the freedom to continue serving your customers.

Telephone support
    - As we remote into your store, we will also keep in contact over the phone. This way you are talking with a live person and can ask additional questions during your support call.

Onsite support
    - We are also capable of providing onsite support services. If the problem is to complex to be handled remotely, our support engineers can come to your business to solve the issue immediately.
