All of ThePOSsite products bought in both U.S. and Canada are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This period varies depending on the product. If you have any questions about our policies, feel free to contact us!
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website, please call 866-469-6043 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Any open box item will be returned only if defective. All software cannot be returned.
Returning of Mettler Toledo equipment is subject to a $200 dollar restocking fee based on the number of items purchased.
Returning Microsoft Software & Point of Success Software
The returning of Microsoft RMS/POS and Point of Success will not be taken. All sales are final and will not receive a refund. Each store license is unique which will not allow changes to take place.
Support Services
ThePOSsite is proud to support our extensive line of products offered in our store. However, many times this concept gets confused with free support. Although we do our best to work within the original purchase, we have setup various support plans for our Microsoft and Point of Success customers. In any case, customers are subject to our standard hourly rate for any services performed that have not already been paid for. We invoice based on the amount of time to complete the task. Please keep this in mind when calling for support questions and inquiries.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ThePOSsite does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use thepossite.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. ThePOSsite reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Product Descriptions
ThePOSsite attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, ThePOSsite does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ThePOSsite itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services
ThePOSsite shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. ThePOSsite shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ThePOSsite shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Charge Back, Returned Checks, etc.
All charges on your credit card will appear from TA Technologies-Ecomm. If for any reason a charge back is issued against ThePOSsite, whether it be from credit card, check, or other forms of payment, will be subject to a $30 dollar charge on top of the total order cost.
